For customers that have recently ordered from the something-for-me website you can purchase this label and we will email you a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label to return any unwanted items. The label allows customers to drop off their parcel at any Royal Mail post office with no further charge for the return.

We offer this as Royal Mail often require customers to use Special Delivery postage for our returns due to insurance limits on 1st and 2nd class returns. The label has a maximum insurance value of £200 and we take control of the return upon the parcel being scanned into the Royal Mail system meaning if the parcel gets lost or damaged we will deal with the claims process on your behalf.

We will email your return label to you within 1 working day (Monday - Friday) after purchase.

The label can be used on parcels which are within the follow parameters: 

• Max weight: 20kg
• Max dimension: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm
• Max insurance coverage: £200 (should your goods exceed £200 please email or contact us to check feasibility).
